Wow what a great weekend! "Big Moma" drove in on Thursday in order to help Kasey with food for the shower. Then on Nana and Tiffany flew in late on Friday night. "B.B. drove in the morning of with Grandma Dye, Aunt Deronda, and cousin Jessica. The baby shower kicked off around 11:00 on Saturday morning! "Thank you" to the wonderful hostesses; Mandy, Heather, and Kasey for such a beautiful shower with lots of family and friends to enjoy it with. Gavin is such a blessed little boy already to have so many folks that love him. He received anything from clothes, to diapers, to toys, to books and the list goes on. After the shower, we came home and rested the remaining part of the day. "B.B" and crew had to leave later that afternoon and head back to South Carolina. On Sunday, Nana and Aunt Tiffany had to catch a plane back to Savannah. Mom, Kasey, and I went to church and then came home and spent HOURS in Gavin's room organizing the new stuff! Thank you to all the friends and family that came to celebrate this great time in our lives. We are so blessed to be surrounded by so many good "folks" that love and care for Gavin and for us!
